Fair Lawn, N.J. – A manufacturer and supplier of concrete formwork, shoring and temporary scaffolding systems based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey entered into a settlement agreement with the United States resolving allegations that the company violated the False Claims Act by taking a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan to which it was not entitled, Acting U.S. Attorney and Special Attorney Alina Habba announced.

Home Health Agency to Pay $17 Million to Resolve Kickback Allegations

Ridgewood NJ,  a home health agency (HHA) operator has agreed to pay $17 million to resolve allegations that it violated the False Claims Act by paying kickbacks through the purchase of two HHAs from a retirement home operator in Arizona, Acting U.S. Attorney Rachael A. Honig and Acting Assistant Attorney General Brian M. Boynton of the Justice Department’s Civil Division announced today.
