 North Carolina, Sturdivant ,Federal authorities have averted a potential tragedy in North Carolina, disrupting an alleged ISIS-inspired New Year’s Eve attack targeting everyday locations in Mint Hill. Christian Sturdivant, an 18-year-old local resident, was arrested following an intensive investigation that revealed plans to target a grocery store and a fast-food restaurant.

Jersey Shore Man Charged with Cyberstalking in Connection with Violent Terrorist Network ‘764’

Egg Harbor Township, NJ, Marek Cherkaoui, 21, of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, was arrested today on cyberstalking offenses in connection with a Nihilistic Violent Extremist (NVE) network known as 764, Acting U.S. Attorney and Special Attorney Alina Habba announced. He made his initial appearance today in the District of New Jersey and was ordered detained.

Man Arrested for Torching a Police Vehicle During Trenton Protests

Trenton NJ,  A Trenton man was charged today with attempting to ignite a marked police vehicle during the recent violent outburst in Trenton following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.

Earlja J. Dudley, 27, of Trenton, was arrested by special agents of the FBI and is charged by complaint with one count of attempting to damage or destroy by fire a vehicle owned or possessed by an institution receiving federal financial assistance, and one count of attempting to damage or destroy by fire a vehicle used in and affecting interstate commerce. Dudley will make his initial appearance this afternoon by videoconference before U.S. Magistrate Judge Tonianne J. Bongiovanni.
