Trump: ‘NBC and Macy’s Support Illegal Immigration’

After Macy’s announced the company will be joining NBCand severing ties with presidential candidate Donald Trump, Trump has responded by issuing a statement declaring, “Clearly, NBC and Macy’s support illegal immigration.”

In his statement, Trump writes,

“Clearly, NBC and Macy’s support illegal immigration, which is totally detrimental to the fabric of our once great country. Both Macy’s and NBC totally caved at the first sight of potential difficulty with special interest groups who are nothing more than professional agitators, who are not looking out for the people they purport to represent, but only for themselves. It is people like this that are actually running our country because our leaders are weak and ineffective.”

Donald Trump’s statement about NBC hits ‘lying’ Brian Williams

After NBCUniversal severed its relationships with Donald Trump on Monday, the billionaire businessman and presidential candidate responded by invoking suspended NBC anchorman Brian Williams and threatening to meet NBC in court.

Here is Trump’s statement: “As of today, Donald J. Trump is no longer affiliated with NBC. Mr. Trump stands by his statements on illegal immigration, which are accurate. NBC is weak, and like everybody else is trying to be politically correct— that is why our country is in serious trouble.

NEW YORK — NBC said Monday that it is ending its business relationship with mogul and GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump because of comments he made about immigrants during the announcement of his campaign.

NBC said it would no longer air the annual “Miss USA” and “Miss Universe” pageants, which had been a joint venture between the company and Trump. Trump has said he is no longer appearing in the television show “The Apprentice.” NBC said “Celebrity Apprentice” will continue to go on without him.

Brian Williams Stepping Away From ‘NBC Nightly News’ Amid Scandal

But the REAL question remains did he or did he not live in Ridgewood ?

Brian Williams is stepping away from NBC Nightly News for a number of days.

The anchor sent a note to the show’s staff, announcing that Lester Holt is replacing him for an unspecified amount of time. The news comes as Williams is embroiled in a scandal surrounding his story about being a passenger in a helicopter that took fire in Iraq in 2003.

On Jan. 30, an NBC Nightly News clip was posted to Facebook in which Williams repeated a story he had told previously about having been in the helicopter that was hit and went down during the Iraq invasion. After the story was questioned, Williams apologized on Wednesday’s Nightly News, saying that his helicopter was following the one that was hit.

“I feel terrible about making this mistake, especially since I found my OWN WRITING about the incident from back in ’08, and I was indeed on the Chinook behind the bird that took the RPG in the tail housing just above the ramp,” Williams wrote on Facebook.

Brent Bozell : If you’re a fan of the slick NBC series “The Blacklist” and you’re a conservative, you found a nasty surprise inside your program. The evil female villain that the good guys were chasing “fosters relationships with incredibly powerful people,” and you saw Photoshopped pictures of her with Sen. Ted Cruz and former congressmen Allen West. They trash the Tea Party even in little blips of entertainment shows. Disgusting.

NBC’s ‘Blacklist’ Portrays Villain Socializing With Tea Party Republicans

On Monday night’s episode of NBC’s The Blacklist, the FBI is shown going after a fictional international thief named “Madeline Pratt,” who actor James Spader’s character Raymond Reddington explains “fosters relationships with incredibly powerful people” and then “exploits those relationships in ways that impact national security.” [Listen to the audio or watch the video after the jump]

Photoshopped images appear on screen showing viewers the “powerful people” that Pratt is supposed to have connections with. The fake photos show her socializing with former Florida Republican Congressman Allen West and current Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz. No pictures are shown of the made-up criminal mastermind rubbing elbows with any real-life Democratic politicians.

Democratic firm Public Policy Polling. : NBC, MSNBC sink to bottom of who the public trusts

NBC News and sister cable network MSNBC rank at the bottom of media outlets Americans trust most for news, with Fox News leading the way, according to a new poll from the Democratic firm Public Policy Polling.

In its fifth trust poll, 35 percent said they trusted Fox news more than any other outlet, followed by PBS at 14 percent, ABC at 11 percent, CNN at 10 percent, CBS at 9 percent, 6 percent for MSNBC and Comedy Central, and just 3 percent for NBC.
