A 22-year-old Wayne resident has been arrested and detained after allegedly attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS). According to a federal criminal complaint, the suspect didn’t just want to join the terrorist group abroad—he was actively scoping out local targets for a domestic attack.
