New York N Y, the Port Authjority of NY and NJ  wants to hear from you! The Federal Transit Administration (FTA), as Lead Federal Agency, and The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), as Joint-lead Agency and Project Sponsor, will be conducting four (4) public hearings. The purpose is to present a summary of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Port Authority Bus Terminal Replacement Project and to collect comments from the public.
