Paramus NJ , a new apartment complex is on the horizon for Paramus, adding to the growing wave of development proposals targeting the borough’s highway district. Property Observer LLC has submitted an application to the Paramus Board of Adjustment for a three-story complex featuring 23 residential units. The proposal includes 14 one-bedroom apartments, eight two-bedroom units, and one three-bedroom unit. The board is set to review the application on September 12.
