Ridgewood NJ, A Thursday morning commute turned chaotic in Ridgewood, NJ, when a vehicle veered off the road, jumping a curb and slamming into a local shopping center.

Ridgewood NJ, an Infinity SUV sustained heavy front end damage early Tuesday morning, 05/14, when its driver lost control and slammed into a tree on Hampton Place, Ridgewood. A passenger in the vehicle who complained of chest pains was evaluated by Ridgewood Fire Department EMTs, but declined ambulance transportation to a hospital. A tow truck removed the wreckage. Ridgewood Police Department and Ridgewood FD/EMS responded to the incident.
