Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Karate Academy is hosting a Women’s Self Defense Seminar, taught by Master Steve Smyer (5th Dan Black Belt )on Thursday, November 6th, from 7pm -8pm. This is a FREE event, open to the community in the effort to help keep you safe during this Holiday Season.
