Ridgewood NJ,Village of Ridgewood officials have rolled out a temporary change to downtown traffic flow in response to growing safety concerns. The Engineering Division and the Police Department recently installed a new temporary crosswalk on East Ridgewood Avenue near the bustling new Tatte Bakery & Cafe.

Ridgewood Safe Routes to School Project Enters Final Design Phase — Public Meeting Scheduled for June 18

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — The Village of Ridgewood, in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) Local Aid Program, is moving forward with the final design phase of its Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Project — a federally funded initiative aimed at improving pedestrian and bicycle access for students throughout the village.
