PARAMUS, NJ – A prime four-acre piece of real estate in Paramus is set for a massive transformation. The long-standing property at the corner of West Ridgewood Avenue and Paramus Road, formerly a popular local garden center and a site of historic significance, has been sold to a developer proposing a significant residential project.
Liger Crossing, LLC finalized the purchase of the property located at 143 W. Ridgewood Avenue, with the deal announced by the commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
