New Jersey is taking another major step toward reducing single-use plastic waste across the state. Beginning August 1, the Garden State’s new “Skip the Stuff” law officially goes into effect, changing how restaurants, takeout spots, and food service businesses provide single-use utensils and condiment packets to customers.
