MENIER (DOB: 02/23/1993; single; unemployed) of 314 3rd Street, 2nd floor, Union City, NJ, on a charge of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.
