This latest development is the result of an extensive investigation that has spanned a total of 22 months by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, under the direction of Chief Jeff Angermeyer, and the Maywood Police Department, under the direction of Chief Terence Kenny.

New Milford NJ, a Bergen County  man was arrested for distributing and possessing videos of child sexual abuse, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced today.

Michael Kimmerle, 34, of New Milford, New Jersey, is charged by complaint with one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. He appeared Oct. 6, 2022, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Jessica S. Allen and was released on $100,000 unsecured bond.
