NJT: SUPER DEAL, SUPER EASY, SUPER PASS.

NJ TRANSIT has created a special pass for Super Bowl Week 2014 – called SUPER PASS.

The $50 pass is valid for unlimited travel from Monday, January 27 through Monday, February 3, 2014 on all NJ TRANSIT rail, bus, light rail and Access Link services throughout New Jersey, including travel to and from Newark Liberty International Airport and New York City.

If you’re planning to travel to the Super Bowl and other fun activities during the week – SUPER PASS is for you. Take advantage of the savings and enjoy the convenience of not having to purchase tickets for every trip.

There are two ways to get your SUPER PASS:

Purchase at ticket vending machines at stations, terminals and park and rides or at ticket windows.

Purchase on your mobile device with NJ TRANSIT’s free MyTixSM App available at the App StoreSM and Google PlaySM. Find out more about MyTix™.

Just going to the big game? Purchase your round-trip train tickets to MetLife Stadium online.

Other Ticket Types

One-Way Tickets – one continuous trip

Round-Trip Tickets – two one-way tickets

Senior Citizen and Customers with Disabilities Fares – Senior Citizens (62 and older) and customers with disabilities can travel on NJ TRANSIT at a reduced fare of half the regular one-way fare at all times.

Children’s Fares – Children (ages 5 – 11) save at least 50 percent at all times. In addition, up to three children four and under can ride free with a passenger paying any valid fare.

Family SuperSaver Fares – Starting at 7:00 pm Friday, January 24 through 6:00 am Monday, February 3, 2014. Up to two children (ages 5 – 11) can ride free with a passenger paying any valid fare.

Purchasing Tickets

Mobile Tickets – Download NJ TRANSIT’s MyTix app from Google Play Store for Android devices or the App Store for iOS devices and purchase your tickets anytime, anywhere.

Online Tickets – Purchase tickets for travel between Penn Station New York and Meadowlands Sports Complex for Super Bowl Sunday online here.

Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) – TVMs are available at all rail stations, bus terminals and other select locations and accept credit cards, debit cards and cash (all bills up to $100).

Ticket Offices – Available at major stations and terminals.
