Northvale NJ, a Bergen County judge on Friday declared Christian Giron, who allegedly bludgeoned his female co-worker to death with a sledgehammer, too dangerous to release following the Northvale killing in late October.

The Harrington Park man has remained in custody on murder charges since his Oct. 27 arrest, after police discovered the 43-year old woman’s body in a pool of blood inside Jamis Bikes, a bicycle manufacturer in Northvale where the pair worked.

On Friday, Judge James Sattely said the 24-year-old could face a life sentence if convicted of murder, enough reason to keep him behind bars until his case is resolved.
“Mr. Giron does present a danger to not only the victim, who is unfortunately at this time deceased, but also to the members of the community,” Judge Sattely said.
The death was one of four  Bergen County homicides that occurred over a 10-day span in October.

  1. Stuff like this doesn’t happen in Harrington Park…or in Northvale for that matter.

  2. Is this person an illegal alien. The news keeps reporting he is “from” Harrington Park. Really?
Why don’t you ask some people from Harrington Park if they have ANY IDEA who he is.

    1. No he’s not an illegal alien. His father owns property in the area.
