Sadly, the desperate “One Village One Vote” faction has now resorted to defaming residents who disagree with their position by facilitating the spread of blatant lies about dissenters on the heavily censored Ridgewood Moms and Dads Facebook page (a page administered by Ms. Siobhan Crann Winograd, a “One Village One Vote” petitioner).
For the record, I did NOT seek to “overturn” May’s municipal election results as a Mr. Charles Kime suggests in a recent post made on Moms and Dads, and NO e-mail addresses of any Ridgewood voters were included in the response to my OPRA for information about the validity of mailed in ballots associated with that election.
I challenge Mr. Kime to produce any evidence of intent on my part to “overturn” May’s municipal election results, or that I was responsible for supplying the names and e-mail addresses of Ridgewood voters to the “Keep Our Vote” organization.
Lastly, please vote NO on the municipal question via the mail in ballot you recently received.

Every candidate Boyd supported in the May election won. That’s right, every single candidate; in both the Village Council and BOE races. And as he had hoped for, the school budget was defeated. So why on earth would he have been lobbying for the election results to have been “overturned?” Winograd and her team are the biggest dopes alive. Believe NOTHING they say, NOTHING!
Kime owns residential property in Ridgewood but reportedly doesn’t live there. Tax bills for his Ridgewood property are forwarded to the Gillsenan Real Estate offices. Publicly available data on the Internet indicates that he actually lives in Princeton. He’s a big jerk off.

Ridgewood M&D knows this is not true and should take it down immediately less they want to be sued for liable. I know Siobhan does not like people talking smack about her hubby, so much so she went to court over it. . . these smears against Boyd are certainly more serious than the whisperings of soccer moms.

Just because 3 seats were open on the Village Council in May’s election doesn’t mean someone had to publicly support 3 candidates. Maybe he supported only 1 or 2 candidates and the 1 or 2 he did support won? Same for the Board of Ed. He didn’t have to publicly support or vote for 3. He could have supported and voted for only 1 or 2. So just because someone says that he did not publicly support Pam doesn’t mean that he supported Sergio (or Mahmout). Many voters don’t understand that it is perfectly legal to bullet vote, and sometimes it works.
Looking back on Facebook posts that followed May’s election and the subsequent revelation regarding the large number of invalidated ballots, it would appear Mr. Loving’s stated position was that it made no sense to force inclusion of the invalidated ballots via legal action. This because from a statistical standpoint, the election outcome would be unlikely to change in Mr. Loving’s opinion. So how did Mr. Kime translate what Mr. Loving wrote & posted publicly into something completely the opposite?

Funny Boyd, you’re posting screenshots from a FB group and avoiding the context. Many residents had received an unsolicited email from the “Keep Our Vote” organization which you clearly support, and were wondering how their email addresses had been included on the mailing. Care to explain?
If you read Boyd’s message, it clearly states that he did not supply any e-mail addresses to the “Keep Our Vote” group. His name is not listed on documents filed with the NJ Election Enforcement Commission as an officer of that organization. Ask an officer for the information you’re seeking.
Anyone can send any message from any group to anyone – stop treating this as sensitive information, irrespective of what admins tell you, there is actually no expectation of privacy from thousand members group.
It’s ironic though that with all the fake civility at RMD, only the opposing people get targeted, why don’t they just admit that it a biased platform.
Charlie and other people talk about Boyd on that page since they know that they will be protected by admins against factual counters. If someone really has the facts and guts they will start this conversation on free speech pages.
Boyd got the information to fix the process, not the result, all the people who were saying results will change, neither know the constituents nor statistics. Everyone that he supported won and he posted public info.

The names of the officers are also unavailable on the Keep Our Vote website, and are not listed on documents filed with the NJ Election Enforcement Commission Website. Very poor transparency.

The Boyd I know is never out of context. You can say that, but it simply is not true. Many, many of us have followed him for years and years. He attends every single council meeting. He has more knowledge about the history of this town than any of you one trick pony’s.
