Ramsey NJ,  the campaign of Frank Pallotta, (R-Mahwah) candidate for District 39 Assembly, today condemned a misleading mailer distributed recently by incumbent Assemblymen Robert Auth and John Azzariti to the residents of both Waldwick and Mahwah. The mailer falsely claims that Waldwick Mayor, Tom Giordano and Mahwah Mayor, James Wysocki had endorsed their legislative team for re-election in this year’s Primary election. A claim both Mayors have refuted.

Frank Pallotta commented, “We are deeply disappointed that this Legislative team has resorted to spreading false endorsements to prop up their campaign, “This kind of dishonesty erodes the trust our community places in its leaders. It’s a desperate tactic, and District 39 deserves better.”

Pallotta’s campaign highlighted Mayor Giordano’s own public comments, in which he states, “I want it to be clear: this claim is downright false, I have not endorsed these candidates… I am deeply disappointed such misleading communications have been distributed to our community”. He continued, by stating that their actions “are misleading to our residents and undermines the credibility of their campaign”. The mayor expressed outrage over the unauthorized use of his name having had no prior conversation with the team whatsoever. Pallotta noted, “For them to fabricate this endorsement is a slap in the face to the Mayors of Waldwick and Mahwah, and the residents of our district. And finally, for Assemblyman Auth to place the blame for these false endorsements on LD39 Senator Holly Schepisi, speaks volumes to his character”.

The Pallotta campaign called out the team for employing deceitful strategies at a time when voters are seeking authenticity and solutions. “Falsehoods like these don’t just undermine their credibility—they insult the intelligence of our electorate,” Pallotta said. “Our campaign is built on integrity, and I’m committed to giving voters the transparent leadership they deserve.”

Pallotta urged their Legislative team to issue a formal apology to the Waldwick and Mahwah communities and to Mayor Giordano and Wysocki for the misleading mailers sent. “They owe it to all of us to set the record straight,” he added. “I stand with these Mayor’s in calling for accountability and honesty in this election.”

Frank Pallotta is a business owner, community leader, and political outsider running for New Jersey Assembly in LD39. Frank is running to lower taxes, defend parental rights, protect election integrity, support law enforcement to keep our communities safe and advocate for immigration reform.
