Paterson Resident Tracks Stolen iPhone to a home in Glen Rock

Glen Rock NJ, on Wednesday May 18th at 8:59 PM, a Paterson resident, who had tracked their stolen iPhone to a home on the 300 block of Boulevard requested police assistance. At the same time this call was received, the resident also phoned police about an unknown person ringing the doorbell. The Paterson man had not only tracked his phone to the Glen Rock address, but also produced video surveillance footage from Home Depot in Paterson purportedly identifying the individual who stole the phone. Glen Rock Officers interviewed the resident and were subsequently able to recover the iPhone. The victim was satisfied with recovering their phone and was advised of their right to sign complaints for theft with the Paterson Municipal Court if they so desired.

  3. So, if I understand the story as written, the owner got their phone back but no action was taken against the thief. This is why we have thieves.
