Planning Board Work Session and Public Meeting – 8:00 p.m.
In accordance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act,” please be advised that the November 5, 2013 Planning Board Work Session and Public Meeting which is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Village Hall Courtroom, 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey, will begin at 8:00 p.m. due to the General Election.
All meetings of the Ridgewood Planning Board (i.e., official public meetings, work session meetings, pre-meeting assemblies and special meetings) are public meetings which are always open to members of the general public.

1. 8:00 p.m.- Call to Order, Statement of Compliance, Flag Salute, Roll Call – In accordance with the provisions of Section 10:4-8d of the Open Public Meetings Act, the date, location, and time of the commencement of this meeting is reflected in a meeting notice, a copy of which schedule has been filed with the Village Manager and the Village Clerk, The Ridgewood News and The Record newspapers, and posted on the bulletin board in the entry lobby of the Village municipal offices at 131 North Maple Avenue, and on the Village website, all in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act.

2. 8:05 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. – Public Comments on Topics not Pending Before the Board
3. 8:15 p.m. – 9:15 p.m. – Discussion re: Draft Master Plan amendment regarding Multi-family Housing and Mixed-use developments in and near the CBD.
4. 9:15 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. – Burroughs Poole LLC – Route 17 North & Paramus Road, Block 4807, Lots 1 & 1.01 – Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan application for a 15,388 sq. ft. multi-tenant commercial/retail/restaurant building (Continued from October 15, 2013)
5. 10:30 p.m. – 10:40 p.m. – Approval of Minutes – June 19, 2013
