Ridgewood NJ, there is still a large space of missing storefront along North Broad Street in Ridgewood the spot where both Bagelicious and Mediterraneo Restaurant were lost to patrons in a four-alarm fire in April 2020.
According to Northjersey.com building owner John Russo will seek a permit to rebuild 19-23 N. Broad St.The building housed both Bagelicious and Mediterranean restaurants along with eleven tenants in apartments above the shops .
“We’ve gone through the design concept phase in September and are waiting for final architecture drawings to apply for the permit,” Russo said Tuesday. The new three-story elevated building would have commercial space on the ground floor and four two-bedroom apartments: two on the second floor and two on the third floor.
