While the RBSA could meet NJ’s LEGAL SAFETY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS for around 10k per year, they are generating, on AVERAGE, $50k/YEAR in REVENUE and $150k/YEAR in EXPENSE for SAFETY TRAINING and INSTRUCTION…
That’s a MONSTER COST and an even BIGGER NET LOSS! Seems CRIMINAL to me….
Who is writing checks for TRAINING?
Who is getting paid off this TRAINING?
Who is performing this TRAINING?!?
Why is the RBSA’s SAFETY TRAINING operating at a HUGE NEGATIVE MARGIN?!?
Why did the RBSA report -$0- in REV/EXPENSE for 2014/2015?
Is SAFETY TRAINING an ENGINE for KICKBACKS?
Is SAFETY TRAINING being conducted in HAWAII?!?
Does SAFETY TRAINING include EXPENSIVE SCOTCH, GOLF and CIGARS?!??

Please, try Responding to the SPECIFIC ISSUE at hand instead of TROLLING w/ meaningless brain-dead comments. There’s tons of AWESOME volunteer coaches in Ridgewood. Baseball is tons of FUN. The kids have a blast… and most, and I stress, “MOST” of the coaches are WONDERFUL people. The question is not RAKES, TENNIS RACQUETS or VOLUNTEERING… the question at HAND is SAFETY TRAINING FINANCIALS across almost a DECADE of the RBSA’s Form 990 tax returns.
If the RBSA would just explain a TAX RETURN LINE that just doesn’t make sense, the whole discussion would be MOOT. The RBSA has been given AMPLE NOTICE of every video posted and granted EVERY OPPORTUNITY to EXPLAIN themselves before any videos were posted…
