Tell me what he has done of any significance to improve academics in Ridgewood Schools and get the students ready for their future? What has he done to elevate Ridgewood schools and set them apart from others in the state? the country? the world?

He has just presided over the slow decline of Ridgewood schools, while virtue signaling and lecturing parents on how to raise their children and keep them warm on cold days.

We’d be better off running the show with no superintendent and we’d save a lot of money.
If Fishbein had been CEO of a company with a $110 million annual budget to run their operations (and another +$100 million in debt in their balance sheet), he would have been fired years ago. The quality of his product has been in secular decline, third party evaluations continue to highlight the decline, and organizational behavior under his leadership includes nepotism, incompetency, disgruntled employees, and poor customer relations.
To say he is merely incompetent is letting him off the hook too easily. He delights in flattery and sycophancy. He ignores the best interest of the community. Makes the most self-interested choice every time. Yes, he has poor judgment and a poor sense of ethics, but it would be inaccurate to say he is doing his best. He knowingly does the wrong thing time and again out of arrogance and some kind of misplaced hubris.
How do we get rid of him!
