This ‘mt laurel’ thing has been abused by developers since day one to subvert local zoning and ruin nice towns like Ridgewood. My parents worked their asses off to move here and get out of the shithole city of Passaic where they grew up… and now thanks to Mt Laurel… Passaic is coming to Ridgewood.
Sorry to say wait to you see some of the individuals that are moving in. Remember the old saying, you’re not from around here are you. Some of them just don’t fit in.

This town is turning upside down. Thousands will move in during a very short period of time. Be prepared for a shock.In addition to the garage, to accommodate the new horde a library expansion will follow plus a PAC which is masked under HS needs. Developers have not started with low income housing yet. Just watch. RW will be a mix of Hackensack, Montclair, Englewood and a bit of Paterson as well. Who wouldn’t want to live in this melting pot.
