“PJ, I have to say kudos to NJT ,my greatest fear that the undertaking of such a large construction project in the center of the Village would be extremely disruptive to the Central Business District, but so far the chaos seems to be contained to the rail road parking lot. I went to the farmers market the other day and I only experienced a minor inconvenience. Good work to all those involved”

“The construction company was more than accomodating with regard to the Fourth of July Parade — we had a special meeting to move fencing for the ever present chairs and to be sure the parade route wasn’t compromised by barricades, etc. I was amazed at how nice, easy going and helpful they were. Two foremen, who live locally, even gave me their cell phone numbers in case there was a problem on the morning of the Fourth. While I personally am upset with what is being done (especially cutting down so many trees), the people doing the work are top notch.”
