Our mayor has brought this village to this state of division and havoc. He is a man who only gets along with those that agree with him, look at his track record of former and current council members. This village never needed a civil committee before his arrival! When you don’t agree with him, he attacks and becomes aggressive and vindictive. Pitting clergy against clergy; neighbor against neighbor; lying to voters; calling hours at the podium where residents plead for a voice in the process a discussion; using committees to prop up your projects all the while lying to them; hiding information from other council members; hiring a VM to do your bidding; calling residents liars; and the ongoing scheming and plotting how subjects and issues will be brought up on the dais have brought us to this ugly chapter. These examples are just from the last 6 months….And people like this guy? I guess the ones who will make a buck off his “leadership” do! I don’t understand how anyone can defend or support someone like him. Scary! July 1st can’t come fast enough!
I have nothing to gain from the Mayor and I like him. Lots of people do. Lots of people do not like the vocal minority.
Please, lets have a little civility.
I have been attending / watching council meetings for 30 years and have never seen one mayor make such a mess of our town.
11:14 am – No need to use your real name. We can all guess who you are. Snipe away instead of making a meaningful contribution to the Village.
So called vocal minority is not small, as for the mayor he has divided the town and cannot be trusted.The man is nothing more than a poor politician.

11:28 – Hilarious, have you narrowed it down from the 100 or so people who regularly attend village council meetings? Every one who gets up and complains states how long they have lived in town. Pretty hard to figure out who is posting. You, on the other hand, are one of maybe three people who actually like mayor Aronsohn. You are either his deputy mayor, his blonde side kick, or Roberta the ruthless. “Snipe away,”. Hmmmmmmm…sounds like Albert to me.

I really resent His dumb half open mouth with his pretend “I’m listening” look. He’s the least charismatic wannabe politician I can remember ever seeing.i can’t imagine anyone in the state or anywhere else thinking there’s anything about him that’s worth betting on. What I can see is a patsy who is so greedy for political credibility that he will likely one day be caught holding some smoking gun or other that someone way smarter left him with.
I am so excited that what we will be seeing NOW is him exiting. Let the massive cleanup begin.

this mayor takes his lead from our current president… postures as civil but very confrontational and divisive.
What a bunch of comments from “No names”. There are 13 comments, one from Ridgewood Taxpayer, and 12 from that famous Anonymous. If you have anything intelligent to say why are you all afraid to put your name to it?
At council meetings we all give our names. Why are all these comments from Anonymous?
I don’t always/often agree with council but I am never part of Anonymous. If youu believe in something then have the courage sign your name.
