All you are trying to do is set up a sort of perverse hiring practice in which we are intentionally biased AGAINST people who live in Ridgewood and eventially purge the ranks of the municipal workforce of all Ridgewood residents except those among us, what, maybe two or three people at the most? capable of demonstrating true world-class talent and credentials.
