Mayor Paul’s friend Paulie V (Greek to Me)got away with that no questions asked. They are ugly, illegal, and dangerous (wall).

isn’t there a building on the side street just down from Hillmans that has almost the same color scheme? Also what about the huge political sign at ken smith motors. I guess it pays to have friends in the mayors office. If any business put up a sign that huge, the town would be issuing summons.
Don’t you need formal approved from the Council to put anything in the Village Right of Way?
