>Wow, we’ll have the new garage paid for in no time.
>Has anyone considered offering these spots to the folks who live at 20 Garber Sq? This apartment building has no parking available as every spot has been taken over by the Pease Library tenants. These residents lived with the police as neighbors, with sirens in the middle of the night and they do not even have parking available to them to unload groceries. Yes, I realize that they pay rent and they don’t pay taxes, but why should the spots be offered to 5 commuters to use 50 hours a week when 5 residents could use the parking 7 days a week. Why can’t the library tentants be moved above so that the residents can use the parking in front of their home?
And no, I do not live there but I did live there more than 10 years ago.
