RIDGEWOOD — Village and county officials have been meeting in recent months to discuss possible village parking solutions.
Mayor Paul Aronsohn said tentative talks have taken place between the village and representatives from the Bergen County Improvement Authority.
The topic: A possible partnership on a garage to be built at one of two sites — the Hudson Street parking area and an unspecified lot on North Walnut Street.
Is the parking for shopping or for the development?
Since the people of Ridgewood wouldn’t allow Aronsohn’s parking aganda to advance he is trying to circumvent the will of the people by employing the blunt hammer of the county to force his agenda upon the people of Ridgewood.
If he only had any political talent he’d have made his “comeback” by now and moved on to a legitimate political position and left Ridgewood. But since he is such a useless hack, we are stuck with him and his frustrated political destructive ways,
Just what does the county want they will not be doing this out of the goodness of there heart?
CHANGE YOU CAN BELIEVE IN.
The parking is being pushed through to pave the way for development.
Why would you buy the Bank of America building unless you knew that the 8 million dollar parking garage would be built next door. I guess if you have the inside track with the Mayor you can make money.
