The Board of Education meets on Monday, August 31, 2020 at 6 PM for a Regular Public Meeting. Due to health concerns related to COVID-19, the public cannot attend this meeting.
Looks like they’re going back. I’m impressed. Guess the BOE and Dr. Fishbein stared down the REA ?
Let’s hope this isn’t a bait and switch where the schools reopen only to close again in two weeks with the teachers saying, “well, we tried”…

I’m sorry this has to do with health and if I was a teacher I would not want to be around all these kids at times like this. Unless they can make the school extremely safe and clean. I don’t know about you but my health is coming first before anyone else. If the kids have the right to stay home and do their work remotely why can’t the teachers teach from home remotely. If they get sick and die who is responsible to school,
Its a virus.
we don’t close schools during cold and flu season.
