Ridgewood Parks & Recreation Presents The Board Game Carnival and STEM Principles

Ridgewood NJ, Ridgewood Parks & Recreation two programs at the Community Center this weekend!

The Board Game Carnival is on Saturday from 2-4pm and will take place on the patio, outside Village Hall (in the Youth Lounge if it is raining). Play chess, checkers, scrabble and other board games with family and friends and enjoy some refreshments. There will be an arts/crafts table for children.

This event is for all ages!! $5 per person admission (exact change at the door), or register through Communitypass prior to the program.

Students in grades 5-8 are welcome to join us for a program using STEM Principles to solve four engineering challenges! The program will take place on Sunday, October 22nd and will be held in the Community Center, located in Village Hall, 131 N. Maple Avenue. Cost is $15 (non-residents $30).

There are 3 different time options, 10:00, 12:30 or 2:30. Please only choose 1! Only 6 participants per time slot. The event will be run by a high school student, with assistance from members of the Civic Youth Corps.
