Ridgewood Police Sergeant Kyle Finch Retires

Ridgewood NJ, after 25 years of service to the Ridgewood Police Department, and 39 years of service to the Village, Sgt. Kyle Finch walked out of headquarters for the last time today.

Prior to joining the Police Department, Kyle was a long time volunteer of Ridgewood Emergency Services and Ridgewood EMS. During those years he became a dispatcher for Northwest Bergen Central Dispatch and served in the United States Coast Guard.

  2. Good for him very smart. You get your time in and get out, it’s not worth staying. Nobody gives two shits about staying a long long time anymore. There are no more heroes. No oneβ€˜s putting a feather in your cap. No oneβ€˜s coming over and pat you on the back and say that a boy believe me the top employees that are in charge of money want all the old timers gone because you make too much money they want new people that make half the salary that’s what it’s all about in the end. It’s about the Almighty dollar don’t let anybody bullshit you yes you’re gonna see a few people put thumbs down while you know what it’s 2025 and Biden has gone spin that thumb around and slide it up your ass happy new year
