I like the picture of the clock. They should do an E blast to the whole workforce of the village. Every day show the proper time of that department when the work day starts. If you really cared you and your Director.S should make surprise spot checks first thing in the morning and see what’s really going on. I guarantee you they will be people suspended. Can you imagine the mayor making his rounds like years ago they used to do.
