  1. Good luck, you are going to need it with that crazy Board of Education.

    1. One big question is still unanswered; why has the newly assigned School Business Administrator never made tenure in her prior district’s. Make you wonder…

      1. It makes”you” wonder, not me or most people. Tenure is not a big deal when there are job openings everywhere. BAs in schools move a lot. Like everything on education these days there are shortages so they leave b/c districts need to pay more to keep or recruit talent and the key is knowing accounting practices. Know how a certain district operates is quickly learned. We’ll how long she lasts….

        1. She will be gone after one year dealing with this current crazy Board of Education.

        2. You don’t bounce around as fast as she did so she’s either terrible or Boards in the districts are terrible. And, she has a law degree? I guess she wanted to be a lawyer but couldn’t get a job in law. So public education was easier…..

      2. Ridgewood puts a priority on other characteristics…

      3. A simple google search of her name and Berkeley heights, as well as Njcourts.gov search will leave helpful .

      4. Look up http://www.njcourts.gov case numbers –

  3. How come the Board of Education has so many problems, open again it’s Ridgewood

  4. Looks like all efforts from Fishbein to bring diversity are now being reversed at every level.

    1. Affirmative action was overturned by the Supreme Court. Get a grip. We’re just getting started.

  5. I’ll say it again. I miss Loncto and Morgan. They got it.

    1. lol .,.. they got the teachers unions back

  6. Audit of Long Hill schools found accounting and purchasing issues in 2019. Look up the school business administrator for 2019.

    1. Looks like Ridgewood cannot find a business administrator who can avoid purchasing audit recommendations?
It’s simple, follow the rules and don’t give preference to any vendors.. why can these BAs not follow this simple rule?

  7. And…… May 20th, 2024 she’s gone.

    1. Report is that Julie Kot was too honest for Ridgewood and did not do any favors to organizations that President Sheila Brogan favors!

Her honesty costed her, her job!

  8. Her time in Berkeley Heights was a disaster. I wouldn’t be too upset that she’s gone – it is probably for all the right reasons.
