Garage
At this point they should have free parking at the garage. Then just maybe we will have more people shop at the stores. Because even if the garage is full it would take 15 years to pay that off. And by then we will have to redo the place. The place is never going to make money, unless do it all the parking garage is do they rent out space to car dealers.
Did they ever fix the elevator. And the water problems. And don’t forget about the rocking of the top deck with snow , hummm , what’s next”

Lol, Nothing historic happened in down town only the Archibald Vroom building remains. And soon to be the historic liberal pedestrian mall
