Ridgewood NJ, Talk Radio Show Host Rush Limbaugh died yesterday of lung cancer at 70. He was a true force of nature. More than any other individual, he was responsible for breaking the Left’s media monopoly. His unique voice on the radio will never be equaled. He loved our country always, and came to a deep love of God. His massive audience will miss him, we will miss him, and the country will miss him.

The Rush Limbaugh Show, was the most-listened-to national talk show in America, features the “Doctor of Democracy’s” unprecedented combination of serious discussion of political, cultural and social issues, along with satirical and biting humor, which parodies previously “untouchable” personalities and topics. Limbaugh’s passion inspired millions of Americans to be the best they can be and keeps the country on course to a bright future.

Former President Donald Trump, who honored Rush with the Presidential Medal of Freedom  lamented the death of conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh on Newsmax TV on Wednesday, calling him “unique,” “spellbinding,” and a “great friend.”

Trump appeared via phone on “Greg Kelly Reports” to express his sadness for the passing of Limbaugh, who died earlier in the day from lung cancer at the age of 70.

“We lost a great one today,” Trump said. “Rush was just a unique character, and a great friend to all of us. So, we lost a really great gentleman today.”
