Well if you see the name on the paper, it says it right there…KEITH! Lord knows what he is up to but I have news for him and the other members of the brat pack, Vagianos, Perron, Winograd and Weitz.
Ridgewood does not work! Stop the scheming and VOTE NO to Vagianos and Mortimer. Not just bad apples, they’ve already rotted.
So on Aug 20 Keith Kazmark sends out a notice that work is beginning and the next day it’s halted. Does he even know what he’s doing?

So the takeaway is the VOR was going to do work without a specific scope of the work needed or approvals and NJDEP said NOT AGAIN.
This clown council (minus Lorraine) needs to wave the white flag here and preserve what little dignity and credibility they might still have with voters.
It is patently obvious to all involved (including the diner owner and his 3 dingbats) that they are NEVER getting their monstrosity of a sports complex.
Once you have the NJDEP on the case, massive remediation bills the VOR cannot pay for, and multiple attorneys already foaming at the mouth for the class action suits that are coming, its just a matter of waiting out this clown show.
In short, PFAS Paulie and his crack council weren’t counting on a powerful, organized, and Trenton-connected neighborhood resistance when they pulled this bait and switch. Paulie and his stooges have been beaten and humiliated, turned into a punch line, and rightfully so.
Back to the 2018 plan everyone wanted in the first place.

How about a public report on total expenses for the Schedler Property? From purchase to consultants to soil dumping etc., we need to know everything.
Maybe KAZ-Shark thought that that neighborhood would be distracted dealing with the road paving and would miss whoever would be sneaking around the property to get a leg up.

My question: isn’t Matrix is being paid by the village so how can they actually be trusted to be impartial? Their answers seem to be part of a very staged performance. Maybe the reason no one trusts this mayor and majority council, Perron, Weitz and Winograd, is because they have been part of trying to deceive the public, lack of transparency, manipulation of information related to that property to name a few. On top of that, there have been so many screw ups recently and in the past, related to this property, on the part of Engineering, Village Manager, past and present, and much more
Why with all these expenses ahead is KK rushing a re-haul at Habernickle. New playground, $350,000 pavilion and a bee garden. He already removed the barn structure without testing soil or lead paint? Where is all this money from? Fix all the other sh** in the village first

If you were making up a story, for say a novel or movie, you couldn’t get one with more drama and more royal screw ups than this one. Mayor Vagianos knew that there was a very strong probability that the soil was contaminated and did nothing. He tried to discredit the Schedler neighborhood instead. Is he now asking himself how he can get out of this mess he is in? Probably not. He will blame shift his way out of this and is probably calling anyone he knows who can help him but they also might want to distance themselves from this disaster.
