Hackensack NJ, two Police Officers Ryan Conlon and Denisse Caero of the Hackensack Police Department who bravely intervened to save a dog sitter under a vicious attack by an American pit bull terrier while protecting a small child!

Their quick response to screams for help on Hudson Street showcased true heroism. With remarkable courage, they swiftly secured the child, contained the aggressive terrier, and administered life-saving treatment to the injured sitter, preventing further harm.
Despite the challenging situation, teamwork prevailed as the Hackensack Police Emergency Services Unit, Bergen County Animal Control Shelter, and City of Hackensack firefighters collaborated seamlessly for a successful rescue operation.
