Many of the members are families with school age children; many are adults without children at home. Political views range from conservative to liberal, and the majority of our members grew up in other religious traditions. Normal Sunday attendance is about 20 at 8:00 am, about 150 to 200 at 10:00 am, and about 50 to 90 at the 10:00 am chapel service for children from pre-K to second grade.
The historic church, affectionately known as “the chapel on the hill” from the day we opened the doors, is turning 100. We’ll be celebrating our centennial anniversary in a variety of ways through June of 2023, and we invite you to participate in all the festivities.
This past Sunday :
“What an Unforgettable Sunday!
Our Centennial Service was an absolute moving and exciting experience that touched the hearts of all who attended! From Peter’s inspiring speech to Andy’s thought-provoking homily, every moment was filled with deep meaning and celebration.
And let’s not forget the delightful picnic that followed! The joyous atmosphere, delicious food, and laughter-filled conversations created memories that will be cherished for years to come. It was the perfect way to connect with one another and strengthen the bonds that make our community so special.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended our Centennial Service, making it an unforgettable day to remember. Together, we are shaping the future with hope and unity!
The full service is now available to view on our website under the centennial tab as well as on our youtube channel.”
During the summer months, we offer one service at 9:30 a.m. which is then followed by a coffee hour in the parish hall.
