Saddle River NJ, it seems Rosie O’Donnell is having some trouble selling her $6 million Saddle River mansion. The “English country estate”, sits on over five acres of land and was built in 1928, the structure has undergone extensive renovations over the years . According to New Jersey property records the property has been on the market for the past five years and still can’t find a buyer.
O’Donnell first bought the home in 2013 for $6.3 million , but decided to list the home two years later, in July 2015, for nearly $7 million. No offers came in, so she relisted the home at what would be an estimated $400,000 loss .
Loud and loathsome.
Oh, wow. Another example of massive limousine liberalism. How’s that carbon footprint coming along, Rosie?
Lower the price someone will buy it. Beautiful location. Hopefully someone doesn’t buy it knock it down and build low and come housing.
Maybe Rosie O’Donnell will donate it to the borough of Saddle River NJ..the school system or something…
