NO!! Because the small business retailers wouldn’t offer to put up extra moolah for the parking garage they insisted on having. They wouldn’t even offer to give customers tokens for parking now that rates are 75 cents an hour. Also, I like the malls. Small business retailers, be aware NJ Bergen County has many of them to choose from and parking is free. Small business retailers , be aware that many people, everyone I know, shops online. So, after the parking garage is built and you still don’t have enough customers will you admit your mistake and pay a big share of the extra taxes billed to Ridgewood residents? Because the parking garage will NOT have payed for itself.
If Wasn’t for the restaurants in the town would be dead.
