The Teaneck Police Dept. seeks your help in locating a missing “at risk” person:
Tong Lu was last seen wearing dark pants, a light sweatshirt, a dark jacket, white sneakers, a dark colored bookbag and a dark colored hat. He was carrying two fishing poles and a white bucket: 61 yoa, Male, Asian.
Last seen: Walking west in the area of Queen Anne Rd/State st. at 3 p.m. on 11/11/19
Mr. Lu is currently homeless
Mr. Lu does not speak English and may suffer from dementia.
