Englewood NJ, on Friday, August 13, 2021, at approximately 8:20 PM, on the south sidewalk of West Palisade Avenue almost directly across from Oakland Street, a woman walking alone eastbound was touched inappropriately by an adult male who was walking alone westbound. The suspect, described as a very tall black male wearing black footwear, black shorts with a white stripe and a black t-shirt, fled the area towards the Teaneck border. The victim in this incident captured three images of her assailant with her own cell phone which were posted earlier today through our partnership with Ring’s “Neighbors Public Safety Service.” Link as follows:

These images and other sources of video from the area are being analyzed & enhanced. EPD Detectives are requesting additional footage from home security systems in that general area. At this time, no other similar incidents have been reported.
