Trenton NJ, there are a lot of unsung heroes within the NJSP, and many wear lab coats, safety goggles, and latex gloves! The members of the Office of Forensic Sciences are a crucial part of our team and mission. Like many of our civilian staff, we cannot do our jobs without them.
The Office of Forensic Sciences is seeking applicants for the Forensic Scientist 1 position. With 25 openings available, there is a significant demand for scientists who meet the FBI QAS requirements for conducting DNA testing and DNA databasing, as well as those who understand the importance of ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. Additionally, opportunities exist in other forensic disciplines within the regional laboratories in Morris, Mercer, Monmouth, and Atlantic Counties.
