I’d like to introduce myself and as well as my restaurant. My name is Allen Caruso and I just opened a local eatery on Route 17 in Ridgewood called THORN + ROOTS. We serve really good healthy food and drinks like lip-smacking cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, ‘holy crap this is awesome’ avocado toasts, salads, and grain bowls that’ll rev up your life. We work with local farms to bring you the freshest ingredients so you can feel good about what’s going in your body.
