Ridgewood NJ, Dr. Fishbein presented the timeline for Ridgewood’s Board of Education elections resulting from the public budget vote being restored by the Ridgewood Village Council.
● November 2018 – BOE member election for those who submitted petitions in July 2018
● April 2019 – Public Vote on 2019-2020 Budget Only – No BOE members will be up for elections. Budget is voted on even if increase is under or at 2%
● April 2020 – Public Vote for BOE members and 2020-2021 Budget
● April 2021 – Public Vote for BOE members and 2021-2022 Budget
