Ridgewood NJ, since our last report in July the situation has gotten worse.
Sources in the Ridgewood Central Business District report the same person has continued raiding dumpsters in the Village and continues to feed rats .
“the Ridgewood blog previously reported that on July 15th, an East Ridgewood Avenue business reported being the victim of harassment in the past. The business owner reported surveillance cameras have captured a female actor opening the business dumpster during the overnight hours and removing garage on a nightly basis. Garage is repeatedly thrown about creating a hazardous condition and annoyance. The business wished to document the incident at this time.”
It used to be old ladies fed stray cats. Now they are feeding rats? Now I know the world is going to hell. The cat lady; the rat lady. If I become a cat or rat lady I will know it’s time for an old age home.
But what about feeding the restaurant owners in the CBD, if I frequent their restaurants. What am I called then?

There is a lot to unpack here. Where to begin?
1. If she lives in the salon (i.e. sleeps there overnight), then she _could_ be violating the building code.
2. If she has to live in the salon, then clearly the business is struggling. Why not shutter the business and stop the financial bleeding?
3. I don’t know if there is a *law* that prevents one from feeding rats. Though, there might be. I’m not excusing her behavior — it’s dreadful!
4. Is “raiding a dumpster” against the law? I don’t know. It might be. Or, it might not be and it’s just unsanitary and disgusting. Either way, it should probably stop.
5. Remind me not to get my hair cut at that salon (loop back to point #2 if people know that she’s the culprit). I don’t want those filthy hands in my hair!
You just babbled on making no sense,the pilice were called and given her name and where her business is. She has been reported for years and nothing has been done
lets Build a massive Muni Garage in the central business district near the train so all the Bergen county
loco’s can be sure to take every advantage of that facility as criminals.
