Upper Saddle River Has a New Council Person

Upper Saddle River NJ, in accordance with NJ Statutes, the Republican Municipal Committee has chosen Sarah Drennan to replace Councilman Douglas Rotella, who stepped down on June 15th. Sarah was sworn in by Mayor Joanne Minichetti at the public meeting on July 1st at 8 p.m. Sarah will serve as the council liaison to the Historic Preservation Commission and the USRA Coalition.

A resident of Upper Saddle River for the past eight years, Sarah has been an active member of the community. She has served as a class parent and as PTO Vice President. She has volunteered with the Girl Scouts and served several years as a Committee Member for the Boy Scouts, managing the Troop registration and renewal process. Sarah volunteers with USR Cares to visit with the elderly and at-risk in our community.
