Ridgewood NJ, its “It’s déjà vu all over again.” ,once again the inspection status has been allowed to lapse on some Village Vehicles . Long time readers will remember in 2011 and 2015 the Ridgewood blog reported on lapsed inspections on village vehicles.
In 2015 we asked , “Does anyone know if the Village of Ridgewood (VOR) is exempt from NJ State Department of Motor Vehicle regulations as they pertain to motor vehicle inspection?” The answer was and is NO.
It’s the same old song, with a different beat now that Roberta is gone.
This has nothing to do with the village manager. This has to do with the superintendent of fleet service is in charge. But of course the management will blame the driver or the operator that day, that’s just typical management , put the blame on someone else’s lap.
Sounds about right ” what else is new.
Well who’s certified ” there should only be one person.and that is the boss of the fleet garage. And who’s that I do not know, I’m sure the manager knows. Can you get their shit together.
The manager should be certified I would think. Right , he or she should be inspecting the whole fleet of vehicles that the Village own:s . I don’t know do the rent any vehicles or lease.
Is this vehicle diesel
