Waldwick NJ, Ton Sunday Ridgewood Police ,Fire and EMS members took part in the Pink Heals Rally in Waldwick.
Two very special boys, Cole and AJ, both who have battled cancer over the past year were honored by a parade of Police, Fire, & EMS vehicles from all over. What an amazing day for two special little boys! Together we can tackle cancer! One of the kids (Cole) is from Waldwick and his father is a Police Officer in Ridgewood and the other kid (AJ) is from Cliffside Park.
Firefighters, Police Officers and EMS workers, community leaders from all over North Jersey came together with the sole purpose of raising awareness for the fight against cancer.
pink is for boys
This was a great day. The smiles on the kids faces said it all and the tears from the family. Overwhelming support from the Emergency Services First Responders from across the county and surrounding county and from New York. Over 90 agencies and 200 apparatus. Even support in the air from 2 State Police helicopters. Thanks to a Pink Heals for what you do.
